A Letter of Gratitude to the Navajo Missioners

All I can give is just my words of my heart

To you – the entire group on a mission…….

When Alfred and I were invited to eat with you yesterday you welcomed us so warm and heartfelt that it made us feel like you know us for a long time and your love toward people is so beautiful and warming. When you finally surprised us with a b-day cake you made me cry – tears of joy that overwhelmed me. It was there when I wanted to stand up and say what I felt and how much I appreciated all your help, your efforts and selflessness. And every time, when I was close to stand up there came that “huge dumpling” in my throat and I had to fight my tears, That’s why I decided to ask Mitch, the world’s best plumber with a golden heart – to read this to all of you because I want you to know how much all of this means to me and I think I can speak also for Alfred.

I’m talking first of all the goodness of your being, so selflessly to help people you don’t even know. Your time and effort, your open hearts and all of this is a reflection of God’s love – God is shining through you and on top of all this you helped us with those expensive materials! I always tried my entire life to help people in whichever way I can. I never asked for anything and many times my road and also Alfred’s was very bumpy. But every little sunray God sent to us we noticed and we were grateful for every little thing. Sometimes it got so hard that we were hungry and couldn’t afford more than one meal a day. It cost us a lot of strength to keep going and we kept our faith and just when we thought we are almost about to break, another door opened and we knew God doesn’t give up on us. He is helping us especially when we need him. Sometimes we have to take a different route that we planned but usually it is for our own good.

All of you are a message of our Creator that there is still goodness out there, that God still speaks through people and that he is showing his love through people! It is something not to be taken for granted! Especially today when it seems that on every corner is something dark and evil happening people of the light are drawn to each other to be brighter and stronger against the dark side.

It feels good to experience God’s light through you and I feel so blessed having received this gift of selflessness. You special people on a divine mission – Thank you from the bottom of my heart and the depth of my soul.

You are – all of you – included in our prayers and may our Creator always be with you and bless you.

Walked in Beauty

all of you

and Creator will always

be with you

And whenever you come back, please! Stop by and say hello to us! You mean to us the connection of earth and heaven – like a loving connection of people always should be.

With Love and Peace,
